Not enough hours in the day and not enough sleep. Well… she mentioned this product and I bought it. I am not one for these kinds of drinks but the flavor is not even a problem doesn’t taste too sweet. And I was feeling calm within the hour. I can’t express how much peace this gave me at a time I needed it most.

Not a great combo, although I do love the energy bump. I had actually purchased some of the ingredients in Supercalm previously like Ashwagandha & magnesium to deal with the stress & anxiousness I would feel sometimes. I’ll say this, the combination of these together especially the magnesium glycinate & KSM-66 combo is very effective & the raspberry lemonade flavor tastes great. Buying each of those ingredients one by one is expensive & kind’ve annoying because they’re generally only in pill form. I do feel a wave of calm whenever I drink this & it counteracts a lot of the negative effects I feel when I do indulge in caffeine. Definitely worth a try if you’re naturally a high-stress or anxious person, or drink way more caffeine than a normal human being ever should. Could also see it being useful for sleep, although I fall asleep relatively easily regardless.

I’ve been taking it at night before bed to help calm down and take the edge off from a long day. Sometimes my mind races at night before bed, sort’ve like the “Sunday scaries” feeling. This seems to eliminate that completely and allow me to relax which is really nice. It’s also great on days where I’ve had more caffeine and feeling extra tense, it helps to take away that over-stimulated feeling. Would definitely recommend this to anyone dealing with stress, anxiety or just in need of a shot of relaxation. I’ve also noticed the depth & quality of my sleep has improved. I also LOVE the flavor. I'm not a big caffeine drinker (except for when I work out) but I'm the type of person who can't seem to shut off their brain before bed. Between work and kids, my life is busy busy busy. A friend suggested I try this and I'm so glad I did! I've been drinking it for about two weeks right before bed and I see a huge difference in my ability to wind down and get to sleep. It's been a great nighttime ritual too!I've also noticed that my quality of sleep has improved. I can tell a difference in the mornings when I've taken my Super Calm. Big fan of the packaging and that comes in individual portions that I can bring to work or just leave in my backpack. So far I've been taking them in the evening after a stressful day of work and exercise to help me relax before bedtime. It doesn't make me drowsy but has helped calm the mind so i can enjoy a nice book and not worry about this week's upcoming stresses. On top of that, I think it tastes great. No added sugar is a plus! I thought I’d give this a try to see how it might help. After my first nights sleep of beginning this solution I was surprised that I woke up earlier than my alarm and felt better rested than I had in a long time. This has happened on a pretty regular basis now and my blood pressure has remained lower even with recent stock market melt downs. It was definitely a plus to get many nights of better sleep. Great improvement for my well being.

I have recently taking a massive liking to anything lemonade flavored, so, this was a great treat since it does have a nice lemonade hint to the flavor.It mixes very easily into water and drinking it is very easy and has caused no digestion issues. The "calming" effect, I have not really noticed but the ingredients that are part of the pack, I already take on a daily basis.Overall, though, the price is a bit high for what the mixture includes. It uses Stevia, which is very nice. If the price is not an issue for you, I would recommend it, but for the price I feel like this is a bit too much.

It doesn't dissolve easy enough to put the powder in your cup and merely pour water in, you'll need to stir it a little bit or shake it in a bottle to get it to completely dissolve, which isn't a problem at all, as i just use a water bottle. When mixed well in my preferred amount of water, it tastes pretty good, you can taste more than lemonade there, but it's not overpowering.

I like the taste, although I do add more water than suggested by about 2 ounces, that is more to my liking. I took it everyday for a week and I was having some stressful days. I thought this helped me just as well as my supplements.
